Yep, I love summer. I'd have to say it would be slightly better if I had a job where I didn't have to work in the summer, but I still like it. Yesterday we visited Heather's mom and picked blueberries and black raspberries at a local berry farm. We now have 8 pounds of blueberries and several pounds of raspberries in the fridge/freezer. We finally got some much-needed rain at home, so hopefully most of the plants will survive... especially the perennials we just got this year.
I guess I don't really have must exciting to post, but it's been about a month, so I figured it was time. Oh, I do have some good news -- Heather passed the Praxis (test required to teach in Ohio) on her first try, so now she just has to finish her last semester of classes and a semester of student teaching!
