As many of you may know, I like a good deal (some people call it being cheap). As such, I'm pretty excited that summer's coming, since that's when garage sales and auctions are plentiful. Heather and I went to our first garage sale of the season yesterday. I got a tripod screen for projector for $3, and she got a hat box for $0.50. Speaking of deals, a couple of weekends ago I went to the Lake County Hamfest and got some cheap computer components ($3 20GB HD, $1 NIC, $4 Cambridge Soundworks 2.1 Speakers, some cheap USB and audio cables, etc). Jason was there, and picked up 2 All-in-one HP printers for $3. They both worked fine, so he offered me one, so that's probably the best deal of the day. I just need to find an 18V, 2.23 Amp power supply now...
