Bah. The class is taught by the CIO of the college. I've never much cared for his exams. Thursday I have a midterm in each of my classes. I really don't like this trend... posted by David Miller 3/6/2001 11:03:11 PM -LINK- Dvorak Keyboard Layout I've played around with the Dvorak keyboard layout in the past, but never really took the time to learn it well. Today's LockerGnome mentioned it, and rekindled my interest. I found a couple of good sites, and couple of online tutorials by doing a Google search for dvorak keyboard. I ended up getting a pretty hefty refund, which is way better than having to pay more when you don't have any money. I used the free tax preparation software at H.D.Vest, and filed electronically through them for free. Pretty cool. I also used Tax Act 2000 Standard software just to make sure the numbers were right. I would wholeheartedly recommend using H.D.Vest for filing your federal taxes. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to wait on the state taxes until I figure out exactly what I have to do since I worked here at the cafeteria in PA and back in OH during the summer... posted by David Miller 3/6/2001 01:35:41 AM -LINK- Sunday, March 04, 2001 Slush Break is over. Much too soon. It seemed like... a regular weekend. Heather and I picked out invitations... 3 times. We finally decided to get them from Evangel, since they were cheaper than getting them from the bookstore even with my discount. Specifically, we picked out this one.
