Connectivity Crisis
I've had an odd kind of problem the last couple of days with my Internet Connection in Windows 2000. I'll connect fine, and at an acceptable speed, but programs aren't hardly able to send data. It takes minutes to load a webpage, and my mail accounts time out.

I booted into my Windows 98 system on the same machine, and everything works wonderfully, so it can't be a hardware program. I hadn't installed any new programs that I can think of, and I've uninstalled anything I did in the past few days. I've tried just about everything I could think of, and I'm still perplexed. I've reinstalled the modem drivers multiple times, to no avail. Little help?
